What Does This Mean?

Centre Fixture: "Development centre." The developmental centre is the level below the Academy for a professional club. To enter into the Academy, you must be in the developmental center for at least six weeks. The developmental center is made-up of players who hope to move into the Academy, and former Academy players who are looking to regain their Academy status.
